新型多用钻孔测斜仪的研制及应用
工作时,先将主机和采集单元同步,使主机和采集单元同时开始工作,之后将采集单元接到钻杆上送入测量之处进行测量,与采集单元同步工作的主机则记录测点的有效性,测量完成后,将采集单元中的数据通讯到主机中显示出结果,或者主机和测量单元用电缆连接,直接连续测量钻孔的倾斜度;根据测量工作需要,设计出了新型多用钻孔测斜仪系统的组成及工作原理,设计出了采集单元电路,并给出了详细的电路设计原则;设计出了主机电路,并给出了电路组成。通过检验,钻孔测斜仪的主要技术指标均达到了行业领先水平。通过工程应用实例,对系统的性能进行了全面验证;试验结果表明,系统设计满足了多种测量需求,且仪器体积小、精度高、使用方便、适用范围广。

Anstract:According to the demand of coal exploration and drilling engineering in mones,in combination with the features of different borehole inclinometers,a new type multi-usage all azimuth nprehole inclinometer was developed.On the basis of the basic principleof borehole inclinometer,a mumerical equation was derived andthe formula for calculation of amgle was given.Both measurement with cable and measurement without cable are required,a mrfhod to measire borehole was giben. when the instrument works,firstly the main unit and the acquisition unit are synchronized,the main unit and the acquisition unit start working simultaneously,then the a cquisition unit is connected to the drilling Rod to send the signals to the place of measurement tp carry out measurement,the maon unit working simultameously woth the acquosition unit records the vidality of the measurement points. After measurement,the data in the acquisition unit are communicated to the main unit to disply the results,or the main unit and the meadurement unit are connected ny cable to measure directly the inclination of borehole. ACcording to the need of measurement,the components and the working priciple of the new type multi-usage borehole inclinometer were designed,the circuit of the acquisition unit wad also designed,and the principle of the detailed circuit design was given. The circuit of the main unit was fesohmed and the composition of the circiit was given.Through the cases of engineering application,the petformance of the system was compltely tested.The test results indicated that the design of the system met the different demands of measurememt,the instriment has small dimension,high precision,covinient usage and wide application scope.
